I’m interested in business phones lines from kinex, what should I do next?
That’s great to hear, give us a call on 0161 465 6661 or simply fill in the form below and one of our friendly advisors will take you through the sign-up process. After that, we’ll handle the switching process for you.
I’m not sure if I’m in a contract?
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll place orders on the Openreach system and apply to bring your services over to us, at which point your current supplier will be notified that you are moving to us. Your current supplier should then notify you of any contractual obligations you may have prior to switching over. If you are in some form of contract and decide you don’t want to go ahead, you have the right to cancel your transfer up to the time you switch-over to us.
What happens if I get a termination fee from my current supplier?
If you’re charged an Early Termination Charge (ETC) we’ll pay up to a maximum of £300 into your bank account.4
How does the Price BEAT Guarantee work?
If you’re offered a better deal within 30 days of transferring to kinex, just send us the full details by email to pricepromise@kinex.co.uk and we’ll BEAT that price or allow you to cancel without charge. You’ll just need to pay for the services provided during your time with us. Applies to line rental, UK call services, broadband and fibre. Competitor’s offer must include prices for all call types, any applicable call set up or minimum call charges, line rental and all other services and must be for business services in the UK.
How will I be billed?
All services you take from kinex will be invoiced on our unique one bill solution on a monthly basis. We issue bills around the 10th of the month and collect our Direct Debits shortly after.

To qualify for this offer, you must send kinex a copy of the invoice from your previous supplier that shows the value of the ETC and the date of the invoice, which must be after the date on which kinex placed an order to transfer your services to kinex. kinex may require a copy of your existing contract to validate you are being correctly charged an ETC. If the contract between you and kinex is terminated during the Minimum Period (as defined in your terms and conditions), you must repay all ETC amounts paid by kinex in full. The amount we will pay is the lower of (1) your ETC and (2) £300.
