Once you’ve signed up, we’ll place orders on the Openreach system and apply to bring your services over to us, at which point your current supplier will be notified that you are moving to us. Your current supplier should then notify you of any contractual obligations you may have prior to switching over. If you are in some form of contract and decide you don’t want to go ahead, you have the right to cancel your transfer up to the time you switch-over to us.
If you’re charged an Early Termination Charge (ETC) we’ll pay up to a maximum of £300 into your bank account.4

You’ll just need to pay for the services provided during your time with us. Applies to line rental, UK call services, broadband and fibre. All services you take from kinex will be invoiced on our unique one bill solution on a monthly basis. We issue bills around the 10th of the month and collect our Direct Debits shortly after.

If the contract between you and kinex is terminated during the Minimum Period (as defined in your terms and conditions), you must repay all ETC amounts paid by kinex in full. The amount we will pay is the lower of (1) your ETC and (2) £300.
