In Customer Zone you can view your last 12 months’ invoices, submit a meter read, set up or amend your Direct Debit, make a payment, update your contact details and much more. Simply click here to log on.

Lines are open
If you need to speak to one of our friendly team, our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
Our call centre’s busiest times are Mondays and Tuesdays, so you might be waiting a little longer than normal to speak to us. If your call isn’t urgent you may prefer to call us later in the week. Alternatively, you can visit the help section of our website, the answer to your query may already be available online.
