Our self-serve portal, Customer Zone enables you to simply and quickly do the things you need at a time that suits you.
We’ve created a helpful series of videos explaining exactly what you can do in Customer Zone and how to do it.
As a customer you’ll have full access to the kinex Customer Zone. After signing up, you can view your latest bills, submit meter reads, update your contact details and more, at a time that is convenient to you.
We believe that charging for technical support isn’t right. We’ll never charge for this – we’re happy to deal with your problem, no matter how long it takes.
Your customer service calls are always charged at the price of a local call. Unlike others, we’d never charge you the higher rates of 0870, 0844, 0845 numbers.
If you write to us, our customer care team will do our best to be in touch within 3 working days of you writing.
