All services you take from kinex will be invoiced on our unique one bill solution on a monthly basis. We issue bills around the 10th of the month and collect our Direct Debits shortly after.

If you submit regular monthly meter reads, we will calculate your usage and invoice you for the services that you have used. If we can’t get accurate meter readings, we invoice you based on your estimated annual consumption. To avoid this, you should submit meter reads between 28th and 31st of every month. You can do this over the phone by calling 0161 465 6655, by emailing meterread@kinex.co.uk or by submitting them on your Customer Zone here.
