Betty Hula create honest, innocent skincare with a delicious tropical twist. Operating since 2013 from their farm in Yorkshire, the natural skincare company sells handcrafted products online, delivering far and wide, and in boutiques – with effective broadband and telecoms being key to their success.
It all came down to cost for Betty Hula Partner, Lisa Swaine, when deciding to make the move to kinex for Broadband and Telecoms. ‘The low cost really sealed the deal for us. Other companies ring up constantly offering cheap broadband, they offer to match the price and then can’t! On average, we’ve saved around £30 a month and between £350-£400 a year by moving to kinex.’
Not only that, Lisa has been impressed by customer service who have been on hand to help since they changed provider in 2017. ‘Our farm is located in a remote area in the moors which is very exposed. This can lead to unavoidable, and sometimes complex, issues with our phone lines at times and we often have to contact kinex. Whenever this happens, the customer service is wonderful and the team are very helpful. They are so good at keeping us informed, ringing us every day to let us know what is happening. This is definitely an added benefit of working with kinex.’
