Kinex customer services

We’re always looking for new ways to give you a higher standard of customer service. When you’re part of the kinex family, this is what you can expect:

  • A UK based customer service centre
    We don’t outsource our customer service functions to cheaper, overseas call centres. Every one of our customer service people is based in the UK, and they’re trained to the highest standards. They know that total customer satisfaction is what we’re all about.

  • A hi-tech call centre
    You don’t really need to know that our call centre uses sophisticated call routing and monitoring equipment. But you probably do want to know that it means your call will be answered as quickly as possible and that we always have the right number of people on board for busy periods. On those rare occurrences we don’t answer your call within 60 seconds we’ll call you back at the most convenient time for you.

  • kinex Customer Zone
    As a kinex customer you’ll have full access to the kinex Customer Zone. After signing up you can view your invoices online, use our analysis tools, test your phone line for faults, and take advantage of our ever increasing range of offers and tools to manage your account (subject to network availability).

  • Technical support at no extra cost
    We believe that charging for technical support isn’t right. We’ll never charge for this – we’re happy to deal with your problem, no matter how long it takes.

  • No expensive 0870, 0844 or 0845 numbers
    Your customer service calls are always charged at the price of a local call. Unlike others, we’d never charge you the higher rates of 0870, 0844, 0845 numbers.


  • No automated menus or messages
    We know you find automated menus and recorded messages frustrating, and that’s why every one of our incoming calls are answered by a real person.

  • A response to your letter in three days
    We’ll do our very best to reply to your letter in less than three working days from the time it arrives.

Fraud awareness

Sadly telecommunication fraud exists and it’s a risk that you should be aware of. There are many methods of this type of fraud, and it means that we can’t guarantee to detect potential fraud immediately.

As your telecommunication provider we’ll certainly assist you where possible but we’ll need your help too. You’ll need to ensure that voicemail,  and other additional features of service are configured safely and your equipment is in good working order
