Don’t worry. You can still fix your energy costs at today’s prices. All you have to do is click the LOA button opposite, complete and sign the form. We’ll contact your supplier and sort out the arrangements for when your contract ends.
Energy prices seem to be always changing, and, sadly the long-term trends are on the upward direction. It doesn’t make great reading for small businesses.
That's why fixing your energy prices for a period as long as three years could result in some serious savings.
And it doesn't matter if you’re stuck in a contract with another supplier. We can still freeze your prices at today’s rates, and you can enjoy the fixed rate when you switch at the end of your contract.
We believe in the importance of good customer service. If we arrange an appointment with you in relation to your gas and/or electricity supply and fail to keep this appointment without letting you know in advance, we’ll credit your account with £30.00 within 10 working days of the missed appointment to offset against your invoice. If, for any reason, we don’t credit your account within this timescale, we’ll credit your account with a further £30.00.

*Energy prices can go down as well as up, so locking in your prices at today’s rates may not always result in savings for you. In the rare event that prices become uneconomical for us before the transfer date, we will send you a letter stating your new prices. You will then have at least 28 days to review your new prices and cancel if you are unhappy with them.
